6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • Eligible under return policy
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
